Overview
We don’t use anything we collect in a malicious way. If something here looks off, email legal@azron.net.
What we collect
Depending on how you use Evict, we may store:
- Guild IDs and names
- Channel IDs and role IDs
- User IDs
- Message IDs and timestamps
- Past avatars
- Nicknames and usernames
How we use it
When a command is run, we may store the message content for up to 14 days for debugging. We also keep a short history of edited and deleted messages (up to 18 entries) in memory for at most two hours, for sniping and similar features.
Guild, channel, role, user, and message IDs help our systems look up the right data.
Nickname, username, and avatar changes are logged for namehistory and avatarhistory. You can clear that yourself anytime.
Guild name changes are logged for gnames. Server admins can clear that themselves anytime.
Network access (NetBird)
Some of our infrastructure uses NetBird to connect private services securely. When that happens, NetBird may process limited network usage data needed to keep those connections working — things like peer connection status, connection timing, and basic traffic volume between our own machines.
This is operational network telemetry for our backend, not Discord message content or your server chat. We don’t use it to profile end users, and we don’t sell it.
Removing your data
Email legal@azron.net to ask us to delete data we hold about you. We try to reply within 7 days.
Where it’s stored
Primary storage is in Ashburn, Virginia. Backups live in Dallas, Texas, for redundancy and recovery.
Changes
We can update this policy without notice. Keeping using Evict after a change means you accept it. Breaking our terms can mean a permanent ban across all of our services.
