By visiting Evict, inviting the bot to your server, or signing in at evict.bot, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

When we say “Evict”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Evict, operated by Azron, LLC. “Services” means everything we provide to you.

Don’t use Evict to break the law, or Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you see someone doing that with our services, email legal@azron.net.

If you get a refund for any reason, your Discord account may be blacklisted from our services.

On the Evict website, please don’t:

• Try to exploit or break the site
• Use the site in a malicious way
• Scrape content for malicious use
• Frame part or all of the site
• Copy the site and claim it as your own
• Use 18+ commands if you’re under 18 — that can get you blacklisted

With Evict Bot, please don’t:

• Violate Discord’s Terms of Service
• Copy Evict’s services or features
• Help anyone else copy Evict’s services or features
• Abuse or exploit Evict or any of our services
• Run a Discord server that has been terminated repeatedly

We may end your access at any time, without notice, for any reason — including a breach of these terms.

You agree to cover us for costs and losses (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your use of the service or a breach of these terms.

We can update these terms without notice. Keeping using Evict after a change means you accept them. Breaking them can mean a permanent ban across all of our services.
